Visited Panda yesterday. Traffic along Oak can get pretty busy, and there's no parking out front from 3–6 PM, so I parked on one of the side streets. The place has been newly renovated—the rooms are clean, neat, and spacious. MMS suggested I try Cici, one of their new additions, and she really delivered. Great looks, fit body, and accommodating service. Having seen many girls at Panda, I'd say she looks the youngest here (student look, definitely not auntie type). She's around 5'6", Chinese, with a slim build, nice legs, a great ass, nails, a natural B cup, and shoulder-length black hair. Her English is good too. OP never confirmed how long the session was at $180. Does anyone know how her Tiger and Panda rates compare?

cici won't be at the panda location anymore. she told me she will be at Bex on the 23rd.
