Terrible Experience- Blue Crystal Beauty Spa@Kerrisdale

Read some good reviews about Japanese girl and Indian girls from this spa at this forum. And, I decided to visit that place. Went there afternoon and noticed that shop entrance facing towards to the main Street. So I was wondering if there's a backdoor and i made a call. Owner or manager aka mamasan answered my call. I politely asked if there's a backdoor, she said nono , u have appointment? I said no. She said just come in from the front. Ok i said thanks. She no replied and tone of voice was very impatient. I wanted to leave already lol. Then, I tried to be brave but nervous to go inside from main entrance which facing towards all cars and buses. Eventually, I went in. I asked the owner or manager aka mamasan, Chinese old lady. She asked me first how many hours u want? I said 30 minutes. She looked at me and said "$160! Are you ok with this price?? (With some high tone) I was like ok, this lady is something wrong. I said yes fine for me. Can I see the ladies first? She said ok wait. I waited for bit and 3 ladies come. They all just average looking Chinese lady. So i wanted to try something new and I asked only 3 ladies available? Then, she's very impatient and told me with high tone. "Yes all busy. Only 3 ladies" and looking at me with attitude face. And, I said oh ic. Sorry I don't like all. (I was actually thinking to walk away) Then, she again showed me attitude and very rude. And said loudly "You came here and see the girls for free. Isn't it!!???" OMG, WTH brothers, I never had this kind of experience in Canada before. I was quiet and said nothing. Then, she again said "Get out from the front. Go away!! Never come back!!" I swear to God and I didn't actually do anything/ said anything to her. God knows. (For context, I was wearing nice office wear as I came from work. I'm early 30s asian guy.) Think carefully before you go to this place.

This sounds like an absolute Yuk experience. Thanks for much for sharing , That’s 4 places now on my not a chance list .

I've been there multiple times, always for quality girls. I don't know how is it now. But every time, I felt a little bit uncomfortable with the Mamasan's attitude. She is kinda rude and pushing. She hates proceeding to the line up... I don't know why. It's part of her job... Same for answering the phone. No extra informations. But sometimes she really has beautiful ladies. It depends I guess. I would prefer Sole for quality service and helping Mamasan.

Lol sounds kinda unbelievable to be honest. Like she berated you as you left? Like in a movie? 😂 I dont think a mamasan would be that stupid to start shit. Maybe it did happen... who knows. I never had a problem. Lots of reviews havent had an issue either. Everytime I go, im shown a lineup and they give me a glass of water before leaving. That being said. I have seen her attiude. I do remember an incident while waiting where she told a guy to leave cus he was trying to haggle down the price to 120, basically cussed his ass out 😂 She has an amazing roster. I havent been in a while due to work and trvael.

Nana is very nice if u don’t ask too many questions and stay with someone but if you don’t stay or ask for someone that isn’t on that day her attitude can change very quickly. I’ve seen both sides. Also she takes photos of clients which is crazy.

That is all insane behaviour. If you cant handle someone viewing a lineup of only 1-2 people and walking, you shouldnt be running a place like this. Not to mention the "too many questions" and pictures of clients.....

Sorry OP for your experience, but sadly, you're not alone.

Sadly, people still keep going and support their business. One thing I can confirm is she lied about the ethnic background of Asian girls. She will name Chinese girl Japanese name and ask for more money. And a few Chinese girls as Korean too, I stopped going there, she is Chinese too not Japanese like she stated.

Yeah she is very impatient and try to up the price on you. She also won’t allow any questions directly to the girls. Quite rude and not pleasant to deal with. Until you hand over the cash that is.
