EVA 7305 Review - A 2026 look

Hello my fellow Perbians! I hope you're all having a splendid week. Today I'm writing a review of one of the longtime veterans in the industry, Eva. As a rule of thumb, I tend not to review services while I'm still engaging with them. I find it's better to step back and assess the entire experience once that chapter has come to an end. I stopped being a client of Eva’s for a while now. I figured since Eva hasn’t been reviewed in the more recent times and the GOAT “ali110ch” most likely won't be updating the “Ultimate Massage Guide” thread anymore, that it will be a perfect time for my review. For context I had been a client for a couple of years. I hope we all can have a good discussion and please be kind in the comment section. With that being said, let's get started! BACKGROUND Eva is an independent masseuse with training in the traditional Hong Kong style of massage. She brought with her several years of professional experience before coming to Canada. From my research, the earliest publicly available reviews of her services can be traced back to 2015, though she may have been active in the local scene even earlier. ADVERTISEMENT/BOOKING/INCALL: Her ad is fairly standard, with not much that particularly stands out. That said, one thing worth mentioning is that, to the best of my knowledge, the photos used in her advertisement have remained unchanged for many years. The price is pretty normal I would say, it's among the industry standard. I think they remained unchanged for as long as I can remember too. Booking is straightforward. Simply send a text to the listed number, and she typically responds quite promptly. However, that level of responsiveness does come at a price, a point I'll expand on later in the review. Her place is in the same general area as a lot of other providers around Metrotown, located in one of the high rise buildings nearby. For those who care about discretion, well, it's Metrotown. It's a busy area, so it's about as discreet as a high traffic urban location can be. Compared to some other places I've visited, though, I found her building a little less discreet. To get to her unit, you have to walk through a fairly open common area with what looks like a courtyard or field in the middle. It's kind of hard to describe, but you're definitely a bit more out in the open compared to some other locations. Inside it's a clean and tidy place with a room with a massage table. I must say the massage table is definitely the best one I've been to. It's spacious and comfortable. Sheets are clean and are changed after each client. ( Which is good because some places you never know if they do =( SERVICE Once you get to the unit, Eva opens the door and lets you in. One thing that has remained consistent throughout my many visits is that there's usually no greeting or small talk when you arrive. You walk in, and there's often a bit of an awkward silence while you get settled and prepare for the session. Another thing I've noticed is that while you're putting your belongings down, and getting comfortable, she generally stays in the room. At many other places I've visited, you're typically given a minute or two of privacy before the session begins. This comes down to personal preference, so I don't necessarily view it as a negative. Personally, though, I prefer having a minute to myself to get organized and mentally settle in. Having someone standing there while I'm getting ready can make the process feel a little rushed. In my greener days, she would ask if i would like to take a shower first, which is a nice gesture but hasn't offered that in a long time. Before we get into the service part of the review I would like to take a moment to write down Eva’s appearance. Eva is if i had to take a guess most likely be in her 50s. About 5’4 in height, not skinny, but also not fat. She does have a wider back. The chest is about a middle C cup? Though she wears a thick bra so that makes it seem bigger as well. If you're expecting a 2019 Maki Tomoda or one of those super hot moms that's with their family at crystal mall then she won't be your cup of tea. She's pleasant looking for someone her age. I would say her looks are just right in the middle, not good and not bad, but it's not someone I would do a double take look at if we were strangers. Back to the service. Once you're on the table, Eva gets straight into the massage. The massage itself is decent. Most people would probably describe her pressure as quite strong, but personally, I found it just okay, its not RMT level but its kind of right below a Sabai Thai Massage. She uses a combination of her fingers, elbows, and even incorporates some back walking techniques during the session. Throughout the massage, there generally isn't much conversation or attempts at conversation. The atmosphere is very business like . Her English is somewhat limited, so unless you speak Chinese, carrying on a conversation can be a bit challenging. She could be quite moody as well which could affect your session as well, there's been sessions where it felt like she was just rubbing oil on my back and didn't give much effort. Remember earlier in the review when I mentioned that her quick responses come at a price? Well, Eva handles all of her own bookings, and more often than not, she responds to inquiries from clients during your session. It's usually pretty obvious when this happens, as the massage will either pause completely or be reduced to a light one handed rub while she's occupied with her phone. On several occasions, I've even seen her place the phone directly on the massage table and begin texting in front of me. Personally, I found this to be one of the more frustrating aspects of the experience, as it takes away from time that you're paying for. It's more of a thing that has been going on in the more recent times. Also I noticed that she watches the clock more often these days now too. FINISH To be completely honest, the finish is very mechanical. There is no real build up, and the technique remains the same throughout very repetitive and fast paced, without any change in tempo. As a courtesy, it must be emphasized in bold letters that THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXTRAS. Do not ask for, talk about, or expect anything beyond the advertised service. She has strictly noted that she does not offer fs, or nude and she has mentioned feeling frustrated by clients who constantly push boundaries despite what her ad clearly states. Respect her rules. Once the session is complete, you simply clean up, pay, and leave. She used to offer if you want to use her shower, but I think she books the next client too close now and doesn't offer it anymore. Closing Remarks Ultimately, I feel the service has been on a big decline. The frequent texting during sessions, apparent clock watching, and inconsistency of massage from visit to visit were the biggest factors in my decision to move on. Looking back, I honestly can't recall receiving even a simple "thank you" for my continued support over the years when leaving a session. To be fair, Eva has been working in the industry for well over a decade. Burnout can become a factor with anyone working that long. I've also seen comments from other reviewers suggesting that retirement may be on the horizon for her. Whether that's true or not, I can't say. What I can say is that the experience no longer feels as attentive or client focused as it once did. I was reading reviews from 2014- 2016 and those seem like the golden years. I would ask the OGs who were there during that time to give how it was then. However, based on my recent experiences, I feel it's the right time for me to move on and explore other options. FEEDBACK: Not sure if she reads stuff on Perb, but if she ever does come across this review hopefully she would take this as constructive feedback to improve service. #1 No texting during session and better consistency. Clients should have full interrupted sessions. 2# More engagement. Small things make a big difference like just saying it's good to see you again or thank you for your support like that and even if you need to fake enthusiasm. 3# More Mileage? Maybe be open to granting clients that you have built really good trust and communication with more access to a little more such as access to top, very vanilla things not fs or anything like that. It might come as a suprise to many guys...But, There are women in this industry that actually do consider it a job. They provide a body massage and a hand release for less than what a legit massage would cost in Vancouver. That is the service they provide. Thats it. It isn't a wonderful sexual adventure 5 times a day for 15 years for them. I would imagine some ladies simply do not enjoy or appreciate being groped by random men all day. We all aren't Brad Pitt. Its their personal boundaries and their choice. Eva and Vivi are prime examples. Both have been busy for years with guys that need this type of almost clinical service. We as customers are often quite delusional when it comes to believing providers are enjoying the sessions as much as we are. Some ladies in this industry are talented at helping us with our fantasies that we can have a mutual pleasure experience with them. Eva doesn't play that part. She does an actual good massage and then an experienced handjob. Simple. That being said the texting is irritating...But, it is the same deal with all independent providers with no receptionist. As a review. I would say she is a decent looking chinese lady around 50 with a very impressive chest that you can only look at. Real massage and an experienced hj. Nice clean place. I have known her for years and she is a very nice woman. Unfortunately that chest isn't for us. It is what it is.

I agree with your point, at the end of the day its just a job to them and there are guys that are completely in their fantasy world, for me I always knew all that. I always went back because it was different vibe back then. To my knowledge too is that she was a did non hj work before but only added it because it pays the bills. Aside from the hj and massage which personally in my opinion is a bit overrated, no offence. its about the small things that make the session great. Doesn't sound that great...and she is simply too old for now. Also, her pictures are dated. The 50+ crowd simply doesn't turn me on at all. Gonna pass on this 1.

There are far too many guys who don't understand the review section. If you have seen the lady and have something to contribute then that's wonderful. Good or bad. It helps everyone an is the point of the site. If you haven't personally had experience with the provider then it isn't fair to make derogatory comments. This is really an issue in my opinion. So many times I see guys jumping on the mob bandwagon about how the provider is terrible and no longer worth seeing....without having actually visited the provider. These ladies work hard and provide a service that many of us desire. This job is their livelihood. This is a review section. Praise or criticism should be based on personal experiences.

I have never had the pleasure of seeing Eva and her assets but she has always been on my to-do list! Thank you ML69 for your review and insight. As Lovinglife has indicated, this Board is for Reviews, whether they are positive or negative. One man's experience is not necessarily another's. We are all looking for different things. Some of us want a good massage and the release is secondary. For others, the tease and release is Primary. Others want all of that and options like topless, naked and touching. All are good, but it comes down to the Provider what is offered. Bottom line. Try out these ladies based on the reviews or your intuition. Find the one(s) that work for You. Leave us all a review to let us know how it went for You. Which ML69 did. I will go see Eva soon knowing that she maybe texts during the massage and doesn't really tease......that information gives me insight into whether I should book or not based on those premises. For me, texting during the massage or taking calls can be a deal breaker, but I will still see Eva so that I can make my own decision regarding her abilities, just my own opinion. Eva, as with others who started around that 2010 ish time frame (Nina, Vivi, Monica, others that have since left) all were the quality 2x specialists of the day and well into recent times. Yes they are mature, and for the younger crowd who want young, fill your boots, there are many others out there for you. I saw Eva about a year ago and her service was good. She is still a very pretty Asian woman with a great set of boobs, pleasant, attentive and for my second release offered the finger in the bum experience, all included, all high value. As the OP noted and great review OP! She offers a quality massage and HJ in a pleasant setting. Her prerogative to keep that lovely chest off limits. You can argue that that group that started way back are in that past the best date but so what, many of the guys are too and these women still offer a great hour getting your unit worked over and leaving you relaxed, happy and maybe a bit weak in the knees.

Hey everyone the OP here. Wow, there are certainly a lot of comments! I just wanted to chime in and respond to those who shared information relevant to the discussion, while remaining Switzerland in the sense that I'm not here to take sides. I understand the concerns about people jumping on a hate bandwagon or making unnecessary comments. At the same time, I think it's equally important not to go overboard defending someone or dismissing other people's experiences just because we don't agree with them. However, it seems like the discussion is starting to head in an unhealthy direction. I'm not here to argue with anyone or judge anyone for their opinions. At the end of the day, we speak with our wallets. There will always be people on this site with conflicting opinions, and that's perfectly fine. We don't all have to agree, but we should still be kind and respectful to one another. Reviews help us make more informed decisions, especially now when times are tough. Let's keep things constructive and allow people to share their experiences without turning it into a personal argument. With that being said, I think there is enough activity. I’ll start by saying that Eva was my top pick for a great hard massage, any mileage if any was between the 2 of you and private, for many reasons and she has a significant other . I haven’t seen her in around 2 years , slowed down a lot . I started seeing her more than 15 years ago long before Vivi or Nina were around . And really like mentioned earlier , these ladies are just trying to make a living and it must suck having clients constantly asking for this and that for extra $$. Mutual Respect You would be surprised what mileage you get when you kind and adding no pressure and make it enjoyable for them .
