ok well now that i have gotten a chance to talk to a number of people... and have a feel for their needs.... i will express what im deciding upon as my needs..... as im not looking to profit off of another sp.. in any marketing sense .. just looking for a suitible arrangement... the place is 3000.. and half of my rent is 1500 so.. i would like to split that .. wich would be 750 for the month... this would include all weekends.. and evenings on the weekdays (starting at 5pm.).. as of september.. unless i have an appointment that i want to take then we can work around that ...... i would preffer a long term arrangement with an individual.. whom already has their own clients... and is drug free ...no parties of any sort.. just good wholesome fun.... (ps no smoking).....and a deposite would be required... i have a 750 damage.. and another one for the furniture of 750... i would like to split that as well... this will be returned as im only asking for this to protect myself ... i am on the lease... and i would require a photocopy of your id... that will be returned... as i would never do anything to anyone with this information.. again this is only to protect myself..... i can provided a personal key........Towels and what not are all hear..... just bring your own personal things [:)] [:)]....... please call if yo think this may work for you.... it is the best way to get ahold of me ok ......................
