Brand Name...Sandi Laine

Would it be ok to start a team of Hotties.......Sandi Laine and Friends? Remember the Okanagan Beauties????Carmen,formely employed by me.... Wonderful idea....YES!! Formerly April Carrington of the Oanagan Beauties, then Heidi. Now known as Sandi Laine . I am genuine, consistently a delight to do business with. I am fair, fun and a pure pleasure to do business with. Just an idea I am kicking around - I have a 2 rookies who have no SP work experience, however they love to F*$CK, and genuine sweeties. Do I help them? Or do I send them to an agency and let them do the all basement suites in Surrey, to figure it out on there own?? Opinions, I would like some feed back. I'd say help them out sandi......at least to start anyway..... the do's and dont's and what to look for at least to a certain degree!!!

Attitude is almost everything in this business and from what I have read about your reviews these girls should learn from you. [:)]

How do you help them out ? Apart from showing them the rules the dos and donts do you need someone experienced enough to break them in ? This could be a win win so that everybody gets paid

for sure I think that education is vital to our industry and that a result of poorly educated girls have problems and then turn often to drugs to cope. It is sad, and unfortunatly a harsh reality! Look at alot of the girls now, it used to be taboo to use drugs and to drink when you were an entertainer on the job, now it happens way too often. For sure, teach them and guide them!!!!!!!!!! But most of all have fun and stay safe!!!!!![:p]

If they can uphold the rep you have so graciously maintained I think you would be only doing them a favour and they would be lucky to learn from you. You are a classy lady with everything needed to make it in this industry and more.

sounds good key pointers when u start out are always helpful..... and surrounding urself with good people is a bonus for u too[:p]

depends... I think the idea is a noble one.,....but if they are really hot, how about you set them loose on their own for a bit and we bone 'em cheap for a while? [:)]

I would say help them out, but like any profession and this ones seems to be big on it.... girls move around, LOTS, so don't be dissapointed if you educate them and they move on for bigger or better wether it's real or not. I have helped out a few less fortunate along the way but it has to be unselfish and an honest desire to help. I also agree with the person who posted that you should make sure the girls live up to your standards. If your name is attached to them you want a similar attitude towards business for all involved. Good luck and it's nice to see people help other people, for the right reasons. If you make their experiences good they will last longer and enjoy it more.

Help Them Sandi: I concur with most of the others and you mentoring and guiding them into the good and bad about the industry would be a real asset to all! Your a class act and so I'm sure they could learn from your attributes and style.
