A FIRST for me...

A PERBster who booked a visit with me in a private message in the chatroom, then failed to confirm (or deny) the booking, nor did he show up! I'm pretty sure he was a new guy to the site, unless of course he was the charmer that came to see me first thing this morning (in which case all is forgiven!!! ;-D) In any case, I'm not prepared to shame him publicly for it*, as I'd like to give benefit of the doubt that it was simply a case of cold feet/bad timing/unexpected circumstances. I had notifications from no less than THREE regular clients today that due to illness/sudden call out of town for work/household emergency they would not be able to play. The key is of course, notification! I'd like to get as much notice as possible, just as I would give you if ever something came up for me! Kisses, licks, squeezes and slurps Ms Erica *any ladies that want his PERB handle? You know how to reach me! [;)]

Apparently, the rudeness of this behaviour has gotten his attention and he has deleted his account, because his posts are gone. I hope when he comes back, he'll have learned somthing about manners.

Sometimes bad manners is all they were ever taught. Sorry to pull my age card, but I see many young people who were never taught manners and as time goes on, it only seems to get worse.

Maybe I'm confused because its different when you make multiple bookings in a day, but unless you know the client... when you didn't have a time selected or get a confirmation call, is it really an issue that this one person made a "see you tomorrow" style booking but never followed up? (this isn't a start a fight, battle of wills style question, but I wanted to ask because it genuinely confused what I thought was sort of standard expectations in this situation)

No offense taken Alix. I had THREE well-known to me gentlemen with emergency situations cancel today, and so my whole day was shot by 8 am...and while I have had gents book, no call and no show, it had NEVER yet happened to me that I'd been given a PERB handle, or a booking from a PERB member for that matter, that turned into a no-show. One of the reasons that PERB is the only place I post my direct phone number is because I feel that most of the guys here that contact me know EXACTLY who and what they are going to get and will be discreet with and appreciative of it. After the very extensive chat we had in the PERB chatroom (including the sharing of my incall location) and some discussion of session requests, I find a no call no show disrespectful. I mean, I might let a guy do me in an uncomfortable place (like the back of a Volkswagen?) but I refuse to tolerate being disrespected or listening to/watching someone else be treated disrespectfully. I mean, I AM a redhead after all, and around here, we say that "Karma is a redheaded bitch"... xox Ms Erica

I would be more concerned with the fact that this stranger now knows your incall location and is no longer a member of PERB.

Click to expand... even if they show up ,they are still strangers.....one pleasant visit does not mean he can't be the next ted bundy. think about it we know absolutely NOTHING about the person on the other end of the phone . and the phone number is usually non traceable . so why worry over a no-show that knows where you are?

avatar MelodyMerlotSask 2014-03-14 04:01

If im in a hotel I guess it only bothers me because its annoying, but my personal incall....I have never had a no show (to my incall) and if it was someone I hadnt seen before it would make me nervous. But maybe im just weird I dunno [:)]

It actually turned out to be a bit of a misunderstanding/miscommunication, and the gent in question has apologised profusely. We will be scheduling a date in the near future.
