What type of person gets buzzed in but does not come up?

This guy was texting me over a period of one hour. I gave him directions to the apartment and then I gave my address when he was parked. Two minutes later I buzzed him up. Then I waited & waited. I called and he said my buzzer was not working and he never got into the building. He just turned around got back in the car and drove away, he said! Time wasters. And there are so many. Hard to screen em all over the line

Maybe the buzzer doesn't work properly. I know in my building I have often had to come downstairs to let someone in. Even had to go downstairs to get an visiting SP once too LOL. A neighbour then saw me escort her to my condo. I turned beet red LOL

That has happened to me before ... A few days later I am getting random buzzing at odd hours. Keep your eyes open. Be safe xx
