The reason I didn't notice at first was because he did this at the moment when I applied a lubricant so I attribute d the difference in sensation to this addition (and not the subtraction)

Cease the finger pointing, Mel! You need to read Bill C-36 more closely. She was not breaking the law, but he was. The assault charge has nothing to do with whatever two consenting adults agreed to, but what he did without her consent. Don't obsess about the likelihood of a conviction just yet.

I'm not sure Mel was victim blaming and it is disgusting that a guy would do that. I myself know right away without a doubt when there isn't a condom present. I also think I wouldn't want LE getting involved either and may handle it another way 😉 I have some good friends that would tell him that it's unacceptable behavior.

The police were contacted, unfortunately nothing could be done as the client was not told specifically that the condom has to remain on the entire time. It was very disappointing.

That almost happened to me, but I heard the "snap" and almost punched the guy out! Hey Class Choice, if they didn't say you can't punch them out, maybe it's just part of the session, huh?
