Navada is going down town Vancouver! Where's good to be? Any leads on condos BA-1BED

Hi Everyone! I've decided to make the switch from New West to Down Town Vancouver. Wondering which area you guys think would be good / convenient for you guys to access services at? In this note I'm also trying to find any leads on places in the down town area.Looking for a bachelor pad - 1 bedroom under $2500 if possible. I'm super respectful, no drugs, no pets, no smoking, no drama and very discrete. I can also sign a lease, provide bank statements/ and references. Any info or leads would be greatly appreciated.
