Good morning, May I ask ask which Athena, as there is a few Athena's floating around now!! If it was my receptionist, I will look into and have her forward the conversation. I don't work late (so if she was woken up I am sorry but I get grumpy too), and if you negotiate prices at all conversation will change. well I personally apologies and if you wish you can book thru me directly either by pm or requesting my number to get ahold of me! Also Text aps are no longer accepted by myself or her for bookings! but either way I do apologies! But to try to have me black listed by others I don't think is fair either baised on this when a simply PM to discuss this matter would have been better! Have a wonderful weekend!!​

Then teach your reception some manners and there will be no bad comments, pretty simple really.
