First time in Van ? Where host hotel or condo ?

Hi gentlemen! I’m coming to Vancouver next week for the first time and I would love if you can give me any suggestions for the best areas and hotel (4+ stars) for incall that don’t require key card or condo it’s better ? Looking forward to see you next week! Valentina
