Perb is blocking my Ip address

Yes when I tried to login to Perb.cc (I haven't login for several months), I am located in Thailand, my IP address gets block. I was able to login before from the same computer. I have attached a picture of the error message. I have no problem logging in if I use a VPN. Any help would be good. As trite as this sounds, have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies?

We have had a number of overseas trolls/spammers, it's entirely possible that IP was blocked for that reason.
