Trouble with password

Every time I enter my password, the system doesn't recognize it, sometimes only after five tries. I thought at first that I was not being careful enough when I was entering the password because I am using my cell phone. So I started doing it slow, same password each time, but no difference. Any one know why it does it?

I think that it my cellphone that's causing the problem. Seems to be ok now.
