Looking for incall in the South Vancouver Marine Gateway Area

Looking for incall to rent on a part time per hour basis in the South Vancouver Marine Gateway area. I have other workspaces so not in a rush and only looking for something to use on a low volume basis but would be really nice to find a space in this area.
