Lucy is great, but seems like in a 45 minute session, she finishes up just after the 30 minute mark to wash up and for you to shower compared to Lisa who always goes right up to the 40 minute mark before you shower...feel short changed sometimes with Lucy. We normally don't think about the time lost, or cut of time because we are so much into our sessions and not monitoring the clock and won't even notice it as endorphins are released. But, if you lose 8 mins on average each session, it really adds up over time for regular returning cliental, especially after two separate minimal price increases over the last couple years at 'Smart'. But, still good value IMO; although shrinkflation might be more prevalent with some ladies which is why I am asking the question to see if this is common practice amongst the other ladies, or not. Or, maybe YMMV approach by each? On top of that, you sometimes lose their full attention when they are texting their next appointments on their cellphones with one hand while massaging, or even worse, when they have to answer the company's landline phone, or even get up and answer the front door when all the other ladies are busy with your masseuse being the designated receptionist for that particular hour while in session and you are about to finish...lol. Then, you must consider how many sessions actually start on time at 'Smart' once you hang up your clothes. This got me thinking; how much actual time we really get during our sessions as our shower time is already included in the session time. For others this can all likely be avoided with a full time front desk that handles the customer walk in and phone calls, some new talent will help, most the ladies their are averaging 6-7 days a week. 45min at any place you’ll never find you got your full “value” if your short on time just do 30min and if you got time that day do the hour.
