I usually book while in the parking lot and ask if they're busy. If they are, then Plan B - the other floor. If still busy, then I just take off and try another time. Last time, after booking, I saw 2 guys enter but soon exited. They were walk-ins and were sent downstairs. Pet Peeve is the interruptions in the middle of the sessions, usually from walk-ins.

Agreed. Making an appointment guarantees your time and lady. Many of us have less to spend these days and you’ll get a great deal for your $ here. Spend your money wisely and have fun out there fellow pooners.

First time posting. Had a 4 hands session with Lucy and Cici. First time with 4 hands so I didn't know what to expect but opted for 45 min. Reading other threads it's seems Lucy prefers her privacy and so I'll respect that in terms of specific details. Massage from both women were great, Cici is able to apply more pressure, but Lucy is no slouch either. Overall, it was a great experience, left relaxed, refreshed, and satisfied. Would recommend to anyone!

There is something about Smart lately and it's been turning me off. The last two visits I feel like they overbooked themselves, stacking clients in the available rooms and if you have noticed, they have curtains at the front desk to keep another patron hidden. I am also pretty sure the term ymmv here has changed significantly in the last two years. The stacking and overlapping of clients, almost ensures proper cleanup is not happening. This is just my observation. I expect to get bombarded for my opinion, but I just feel that Smart is not as clean and 'safe' as it was 2+ years ago.

As a semi regular I will say that I’ve always had the linens changed before my appt and fresh towels for a shower. I also know that some guys show up late for their appt and thus “overlap” with the next one. That’s not a fault of the lady. And sometimes they do book back to back times. Can you blame them if some pooner wants a time slot that happens to be right after another? Times are tough these days and many of these places are experiencing a lot less business and they aren’t going to refuse an open time slot. This applies not only to this particular spa. Again remember the price and experience are still top notch here in my books compared to many others.

Having three occupied rooms, two girls working, with one girl sliding in and out of a session to go between two customers - is providing good service? Don't get me wrong, I've had a great at Smart over the years. Service can be and is spotty...pricing aside.

I don’t think the ladies are trying to service two a guys at the same time. She may have to leave the room and guide the next customer to sit in an empty room or behind the curtain until she’s ready. That’s happened a few times with other MPs.

Rebecca….Triple AAA rating. Excellent massage skills. She has good legitimate technique to get rid of knots. Perfect milfy aura.

Yoyo and Jennifer , nice body but Yoyo massage is weak and rushes you if someone is wafting. Jennifer is great but once you see her more she starts giving a snobby attitude and upsells. Lisa used to be great back in old days when shop was near Richmond Center. Rebecca is good but not MCOT My favs now are Lucy and Cici.

They’re currently running a Christmas and New Year’s special for 4 hands massage for $160 for 40 minutes. I saw Lucy and Rebecca yesterday and it was a great time.
