Any Solid Vers provider in Burnaby?

Basically the title. I normally go with Genevieve as my ATF, but short on time and can’t travel all the way to the DT. Please let me know if there is a good option in Burnaby. I'm quite sure Tiffany 6995 is in Burnaby but she has lots of mixed reviews here; in my opinion she's a hit or miss provider.
