I asked the agency and they said they took her off cause she hasn't responded to their messages or updated her schedule in the last two weeks. I suspect she has been busy and she will be back.

She'd been on "no schedule from Escort yet!" for almost a month so it isn't surprising she's been taken off. It happens, sometimes people move on or get busy doing other things without tying up loose ends (like notifying the agency). Too bad as she was great, but it is what it is. It's a transient industry at the best of times.
