i have wanted to know myself cuz i would think that it's largely associated with whether a client will rebook or not. but you know, the same principle applies in other businesses. in other words, having a playbook for pleasing customers is an effective way of getting more return business. after all, this is a business transaction. i don't particularly mind this, as long as the SP values my time and is a reasonable person.
