Anyone seen Chloe(9099), not Chloe(9188)?

I've seen multiple ads on LL for Cloe over the past little while. I'm assuming it is not the the same Chloe 9188? See ad below: Chloe 9099

What does she offer? Besides HE?

Is this Love 9099? Any review?
