"Sandy" - Rainbow Spa (East Vancouver) now at Mansion One (Cambie & 7th)

So.... if you are interested in "Sandy"... Rainbow Spa... East Vancouver. Right now... Dec. 30-31st... it is Lisa and Sweet in White Rock; Sandy (and I think Maggie, with Jas, Kimi, Emma, Jasmine and others coming in some days) at Rainbow; and Sugar and Lucy at Mansion One (with Black girl Givenchy coming in two days a week, a White girl sometimes, and others). Hope that helps a bit. I think we would all love it if Tiffany would post daily schedules on leolist, but she resists doing it for some reason. I don't pretend to fully understand the business, and I really like Tiffany so... I give her some slack. I also have the contact info to be able to contact many of the ladies directly, so I can figure stuff out that way. Most guys aren't going to go to that level though, and they may end up just going elsewhere, as they don't know what the are getting with a drop-in. I personally think a daily "Sole Spa"-style line-up on leolist is an excellent idea and good for business, but... I don't manage the business, so....

The next puzzle to try and unravel is if, and when, "Sandy" will go to White Rock so you Surrey lads can go and say 你好 (Nǐ hǎo) without having to drive to Vancouver. This goes back to me saying go in with an open mind. I tried, but previous reviews were so great. Based on my experience I wouldn’t repeat. I saw her on the literal first night that her and Lucy arrived, and they were both in that "just arrived" "whole new world" giggly state that some people get when they travel. Tired and jetlagged, but can't sleep either... with a kind of energy that makes them open to new experiences and new people. Sandy was here last year. This was the first time ever for Lucy. That night was, by far, the best mood I ever saw Lucy in... and Sandy was similar. Smiling, flirting, cuddling up... even in the front area. Lucy was doing the same kind of things, sitting on the couch out front and patting on the seat beside her to get me to sit down with her, big smile on her face. I don't think they are miserable now, or anything. They seem to be doing fine from what I have seen. It is a tough job to keep up the energy... working almost every day. I have run into Lucy several more times at Mansion One, and she is fine, she just never seemed the same as that first night. Even when I was giving her a little Christmas gift, her eyes only sparked up a little bit. Sandy on the other hand... was all smiles, hugging me, with a total "twinkle" in her eyes when I gave her that gift (mentioned above), so I was hoping that she was doing better, but maybe she is starting to feel the weight of the work now. She did tell me awhile ago that she is feeling tired, and she did take some time off. Thanks for the honest feedback. Not every experience is going to be a 10/10 with Sandy or with anyone. Everybody be nice to Sandy and Lucy and the rest of the ladies, both with the Mansion One group and elsewhere. They are doing the best they can. If Sandy does go to White Rock in the coming days, that might be a good change of scenery/routine for her.

Went into Coco today to see Sandy! Stunning women! Very pretty. Would repeat, however a few of my expectations when seeing a provider fell a little short. Timing/Scheduling: I text on Tuesday booking a 1:00 time for Thursday. Text again Thursday morning confirming my appointment. I finally text when I was heading that way. I arrived at 1:00 sharp. I was given a room and said the wait was 20 minutes which turned into a half hour. I wish I had unlimited time but I don’t so the half hour delay was a bit frustrating. I was not going to let that impact my experience and Sandy was worth the wait. Dongguan? 350 I always thought 2 shots was included? We had about 15 minutes left and she was not receptive to a second shot. Maybe a tight window for a second shot? Amenities at Coco: I like an en-suite shower, coco has nice rooms but a shared central shower. Sandy: Great shower experience, with Sandy! All the the things plus one I’ve never experienced!! She cleaned my b-hole with crest toothpaste, kind of refreshing on the bum. Her massage was pretty good, and she cracked my back in a few places which was great. Yah, good call on that. I hadn't seen that yet, but those are definitely some of "Sweet's" December 2024 pics taken at Mansion One, just marked up with some new graphics and the name "Diana." I talked to her briefly yesterday, and she was booking some times at CoCo in White Rock on Saturday, as it seems Tiffany took her back in on a part-time basis until she could make other arrangements. I didn't go see her this weekend, but I will sometime soon. I want to help support her through this change, and so should you guys. "Sweet" is awesome. I have a very long-standing relationship with her and there is... let's say... at least a little bit of turmoil in paradise right now. She is definitely feeling very tired! But things seem to be okay with "Emma." Emma is just pursuing some different opportunities right now, including putting up her own leolist ad, working part-time at Dragon Spa, and working part-time at Rainbow. Right now she is full-time at Asia Spa in Downtown Victoria. She will be back at Rainbow... roughly mid-February. The situation with the Mansion One group... and "Sandy" in particular, as I currently understand it, is as follows: CoCo Spa in White Rock - Sandy is there full-time with Lisa (shorter, small MILFy Guangdong Chinese lady with a very quiet and reserved personality, but very, very nice once she is comfortable with you. She would be a nice "Mommy" fantasy. I have never "seen" her, but Sweet is my regular and they have worked together lots, so I have been around Lisa lots of times). There will be other ladies popping up at CoCo now and then, but not tons. Kimi and Jass will be high on that drop-in list. Mansion One in Vancouver - Sugar is there full-time with Lucy. Lucy will be gone at the end of the month. Vietnamese Sophie left, I think around the end of November. Black lady Givenchy comes in on Wednesday and Friday. Others will show up as well. Sometimes Kimi. Sometimes random women that I have never seen before, like awhile back I was there with Sweet and there was some Chinese lady they were calling "Momo" who I had never seen before, or since. Rainbow Spa in East Vancouver - Sandy was the main "show" in East Vancouver since late October, and Sweet was holding down White Rock. When Sandy went to White Rock... something seems to have happened. So now there is a bit of a gap that the boss needs to fix... with getting a main "show" lady for Rainbow. Their other "show," for the guys that like a bit thicker and non-Asian, Colombian Sophia, is gone unfortunately, since about the end of 2025. Rainbow right now, if people have more current information let me know, but I think it is Chinese Maggi, Indian Jass, smaller Indian lady Maya, Mexican Jasmine, Singaporean Kimi, maybe Indian Anu still? And then shifts being filled out with temporary workers, who tend to be Chinese ladies, but are sometimes White. The main point though... Sandy is super hot... way above average for the AMP game... and you should book at time to go see her in White Rock!

The Boss Lady, as I keep saying, she solicits my opinion on a lot of things now, as she seems to see me as the... sort of "intelligent English speaking local client." All the good Mamasan's and managers do this.... and the agents at the agencies. The good ones. Even with my regular ("Sweet") being "out" - I will stay in contact with the Mansion Boss, and try and get her to move in a few different new directions. When you run the different business models through your head, it shows how complex this all is. Swan Lake: big place. Clearly very expensive to lease. Lots of ladies. Lots off personalities to manage, and you need (and they have) an experienced boss lady running a very tight ship. That is one way to do it. And they have recruited some real gems and rewarded them with lots of customers. But not everyone is going to drive to "Golden Village" Richmond. Spreading out the locations is another way to do it, but now you are dividing your roster into three as well... and that is the big problem for the Mansion One group. There is a million things to do (I've seen this with my own eyeballs) by noon each day, and putting up real pictures, and names of who is working where, until what hours... etc. That is a HUGE amount of work. Sole Spa does a good job, by at least telling you daily. Some of the other shops seems to be trying to list basically accurate daily rosters now as well. Swan Lake doesn't even try. Maybe they have the advantage with their size, reputation and customer base. Others are fighting up from the bottom. So... yah. The Mansion Group is trying. I think we will see some improvements this year. They have only been going since 2024. It is not as established as some of the other places, and they are still learning some things. Recruitment, recruitment, recruitment... seems to be the crucial thing. Locally, and imported. If you have the ladies, the men will come. It is just a lot easier said then done, from what I can see. So... when there are good providers around... like "Sandy"... get in there and see her while you can. She is, for sure, in White Rock all day, pretty much every day right now... outside of... you know... time of the month. Her and "Lisa" are there, holding down the fort, right now.

Today is the second time to see Sandy at Mansion 1.
