Blue Crystal Beauty Spa 3335 - WOT

I will not even attempt up go back. Read some great things on Cathy and wanted to give her a shot. Called in and asked if she would be free in 30 minutes. The manager who claims she's only a receptionist stated she would be free in about an hour an a half. I cleared up my evening, called back and booked Cathy. Drove from North Burnaby in rush hour and sat in the car for about 40 minutes waiting for my appointment. She made it very clear 530 pm would be the earliest time Cathy would be available and not a minute sooner. I show up 3 minutes early for my appointment and she gives me this look and says sorry she's busy for half hour. The last customer wanted to extend and didn't cum. She didn't offer any discount as she says she's unable to and she is just a receptionist. She brought me into a room which was very small with no shower and tried to get me to see 2 other girls which were not my type. I was there to see Cathy. So I politely declined. She stated she tried to knock on the door 2 separate times to get the customer to leave. And he refused and wanted more time. So she just let him extend and mess up other people's bookings. When I first arrived at the store she said Cathy be free in 30 minutes. When I went back to the car and called back after moving some things around to book her, she then said I would need to wait another hour. I was not going to wait anymore. So I left. Long story short big waste of my time. Not impressed with their customer service. Will tell everyone of my poor experience and recommend other spots to go to. I hope Cathy finds better employment elsewhere. What if the customer was a safety concern or aggressive? I doubt Cathy was even there. Some places would say anything to get you in and see other girls.

I booked a girl who at the time had been well reviewed and when I showed up the woman said the customer extended, and brought me to a small room and tried to show me 2 other girls. The mamasan will be reading this, so it was worth speaking out about it. I'm in the camp that Cathy probably was not there, and Mamasan was running a diversion to exhaust your patience. Too bad. No wonder the place was empty when I went there. I will be pissed if Cathy leaves. This place is on trust watch.

It sucks about the op's experience at this spa as everyone's visit can definitely vary, and his frustration is understandable based on what he described. For me personally I was there last weekend and was my first time at this place and the receptionist was friendly and accommodating and was patient with me while I was deciding who to choose from the lineup. The session itself feels comfortable and unrushed and even though I don't get the opportunity to venture out much felt very much at ease here despite my nerves. I understand that delays can happen with any appointment based service but as far as a walk in I have been happy with my visit.

Didnt vote because im kind of in the middle. Ive never made an appointment, only done walk ins. Viewed the lineup multiple times, maybe 4, but only stayed with 1 girl. It was pretty mediocre. Saw some "real" pics in a LL ad and came to see the girl. Mamasan said "oh yeah, here she is" and it wasnt the same girl. She was pretty decent looking though so i did stay. Again, another mediocre session. I dont remember either of their names, my last session there was probably 18 months ago. Reviews are pretty poor and i dont doubt this is one of the worst FS AMPs right now. Its why i havent been back in 18 months

I would agree their customer service needs some work. I would assume the guy extending has "privledge", probably a long term client or... a client you wouldn't want to piss off iykyk. I'm sure whatever happened in this situation was not ideal for everybody involved. The unwritten rule is as pooner you dont ask for an extension if you know there is another appt, especially when that guy is waiting at the door. I wouldnt do something low brow like that. That just ruins the exprience for everyone and sets up a fucked up culture and situation for mgmt and clientile involved cause you can imagine the drama that could potentially unfold. So fuck that guy for extending. He fully knew what the situation was. If the mgmt is telling you to fuck off and your scheduled time is up, its time for you to leave. He should have just set up another appointment after OP was done. And i can imagine the headache that was for mgmt. If they really don't leave, most you can do is call the cops. I hope that dude gets banned. Unfortnate this was your exprience, but they do have some good talent. I saw aiko yesterday with a booking with no issues and i booked it within 30 mins. If anything, it kind of ironic cause it proves that cathy is really good 😂 Just a case of wrong timing 😂

See this is the thing, we both know how good Cathy is and we both didnt have an issues. 😂 Im sure whatever the situation was, it was not pleasant one for mgmt to deal with nor an easy one to explain out right. Hopefully mgmt see this and offers to set things right for OP.
