Soooo close to her goal, I’d love to see this get to 100% before the new year!

Thank you ViVi for showing and sharing diligence in helping me in the strive to help me. Also, a huge thank you to those who found means to generously contribute towards medical, rehabilitation and every day reasons for living and finances. I do wish to share an update, since I had immediate spinal (3L vertebrae burst), which has left with me with 2 rods and 8 screws holding me back together. I had top notch orthopedic surgeons and world class healthcare while in Mexico City. I had purchased extended travel and health insurance, however all expenses were to be paid in full prior to being discharged. Lots of finance scrambling and all forms have now been submitted. *crossing fingers* insurance comes through. I am now back home in Nanaimo. I am slowly walking without assistance, partaking in physio and trying to navigate life through recovery, which is restrictive to an active and adventurous lifestyle I am used to living. Taking one day at a time, determined and expected to have a full recovery into 2026. Wishing you all a safe, healthy and prosperous new year!!!!!
