I have been wondering about this spot and the ladies and services. What’s the neighborhood like, is it pretty obvious what’s going on or does anyone even notice? How do you mee the girl who’s ad you’re responding to?

Must be obvious to the neighbours with single old guys coming and going. You can park around the corner and nobody will see your car. you will meet whoever opens the door, doesnt matter who advertised. though there is sometimes a second lady. The girls have been ok the half dozen times I have been there. House is a dump, but the bedroom we used was in nice shape. You can go and just walk if you don’t like the girl or don’t agree on services/price. No need to feel guilty, this is a high throughput place. There is another guy right behind you.
