How Edmonton MPs work

I hope this is in the right place. Please PM me with the response if this is not an appropriate question to answer in 'public.' How do MPs in Edmonton work? Meaning, what type of service is available. I understand the whole YMMV thing, but I'm sure there is a 'typical' 'procedure' all MPs would follow. I just want to know what I should/could expect when I visit an MP. As an example, I'm referring to such places as Legends or Platinum.
