I've texted other real ones with similar saying like only text on the day u wanna set and appointment or ask important questions that's not on the list (in this case the rate) i don't think SPs usally do video conformation and certainly not for free. But what's suspicious is that when I texted the number I got a reply before I even closed the messaging app (not something thats quick like that) i won't say it's a scam and certainly won't say it's legit either.
