Agreed, she is an absolute waste of money especially at that rate.

Unless there is a change of attitude and service level, otherwise she was quite nice when I saw her last as "Monica". Mind you, I never had any good experience at the Kingsway/Patterson location hence why I didn't TOFTT on Sasa. I think Monica works with Sasa in the same suite.
