Sunflower Spa - Finally a decent spa in Chilliwack

Sunflower is a fairly low heat score, just off of Main in Chilliwack and they advertise daily on Leolist so you can find their address there.

Never been to a massage parlor. Can a guy just pop in without pre-booking and book 15 mins for a BBBJ to test the waters? Do you NEED to get a massage or can you lay down, get done and be out in 15? I'm assuming they don't make you shower there and you just shower really well before you show up?
