Mansion One, Rainbow Spa, Coco Spa (and former Broadway Spa) - 2026

For those of us that are clients of these inter-related shops... we need a place to put stuff about them. I think it is better to deal with them as a group, as the ladies move around location-to-location every few months. Some more than others, and there are constantly questions about "who is where?" Otherwise... it gets tagged onto the ends of review threads about specific ladies that work there, and that then gets the review thread shut down... and that is no fun for anyone. I have also been guilty of doing that... maybe more so than most ( [:ROFLMAO:] ) So... if you think Broadway Spa was better... and Mansion One sucks because it is small and they don't have a back door, and your wife works on that block of 7th... or whatever... let's keep that stuff here in a general thread! So... I will put my general news and opinions in here as well... and we will do this right and keep the threads about specific girls clean! There is some overlap with Broadway Spa for sure, in the past when Broadway was closed for renos, some of the girls at that time were working at Rose. Good effort in this thread to keep everything straight, it's hard at the best of times.

If they says they're Singaporeans, it's likely they scam you. I mean rich country like Singapore why they wanna come here and work as prostitutes. Look at their legal prostitution, they can make a living there. No need to come here. Most Singaporeans in Singapore will charge $400-2K CAD for a short time. It's their bare minimum price. Moreover, SGD is stronger than CAD. Be aware to those spas who falsely advertise for their marketing purposes. They're doing this everywhere in Canada.

WAY more than any other country in the world (other than Malaysia, obviously). Lots of the ladies from Guangdong in this industry are marketed as being from "Hong Kong." Some Northern Chinese are from "Korea." Some Taiwanese, or mixed race, that can speak Japanese become "Japanese." TBH , It’s super freaking annoying when someone is marketed as Japanese and then you meet them and they are clearly from China. Complete waste of my time . Japanese is a bit of a "special case" in relation to what I was saying above... (just to back-track a bit [:ROFLMAO:] ) because there are people that want to speak in Japanese with their massage attendant.... and there are also lots of us that just like the "vibe" of Japanese women. By comparison... Malaysian-Chinese being marketed as 'Singaporean" ... or Cantonese speakers from Guangdong being marketed as from "Hong Kong" seems pretty minor. I asked her if she was born in Canada, and she immediately said "no." She told me she is born and raised in Japan, speaks Japanese as a first language. You can hear it in her voice if you talk with her for awhile. She just also has REALLY good English. "Sakura" I have yet to see in person. She seems to be in there later on... in the evenings. And no mantioning all the.girls who tell lies to catch the custumers to make them comeback. Thanks for starting this one. I started the Broadway spa thread awhile back and was sad when the spa closed. I'm starting to pop by Mansion more frequently and will share reviews here when I can.

Andmac, thank you for the review for Vivi. I might not have gotten as intense service that you've gotten, but she's definitely a gem in my books. I am in personal contact with the Mansion One Boss, "Sugar" and "Sandy." By which I mean today. On WeChat... and in person in the case of "Sugar." "Sandy" is in China. Today. 4th of June, 2026. For sure. No doubt. No tricks. The leolist ads are still running some of her pictures, and her name is still sometimes used. Why? I don't know. I don't agree with it. But the Boss runs her own shop.
